A part of required credits toward any degree program is reduced by your prior experience and/or learning; whether you've gained this from work, seminars, workshops, training, voluntary missions, etc…
In addition to the full transfer of your previous education; course by course, ICI will take into consideration student's previous work experience that is directly related to the applied university program on the following basis:
Undergraduate degree:
* each year of experience directly related to the applied major is equivalent to 9 credits of the whole number of credits required for the major.
* each year of experience not directly related to the major is equivalent to 3 to 6 credits of the whole number of credits required for the major.
Graduate Degree:
* each year of experience is equivalent to 3 credits of the whole number of credits required for the major.
