1- Are IC degrees recognized? |
All degrees attained via International Council are internationally recognized and accepted from private sector institutions.
A copy of degree, or any other document included in the graduation package, would be authenticated and sealed from the following official departments:
* Notary Public.
* Secretary of State of Washington D.C.
* Department of State (American ministry of foreign affairs).
* Student's country embassy in Washington D.C.(TERMS APPLY)

2- Do I need to pay my tuition fees in advance? |
| Only in single course program tuitions are paid in advance as for the university program tuitions can be paid as equal monthly installment up to 18 months with 0% interest rate. |

3-When can I register? |
| Students can register at any time they want since IC offers open registration. |
|
4- What languages do you offer? |
| Language is no more a problem; you can study in English, French or Arabic |
|
5- How do I order text books? |
| E-books are now available for all degrees and majors a student is applying for. In case an E-book is not available, you can buy them from any local or online bookshop or you can ask us to buy them and forward them to you by mail. |

6- Can I do more than one major at a time? |
| Yes you can register for more than one major at once, so you will not study any common course twice. |

7- How do I pay my fees? |
| You have three ways for payment either by western union or by personal transferring to the bank or by exchange. There is a 10% discount once the full is paid by cash. |

8- Must I wait for a special time or ceremony to graduate and receive my degree? |
| No, you can graduate and receive your degree as soon as you submit all your academicals and payment requirements |

9- When I get my degree, will it mention the “online” phrase? |
| The degree you will get from our council will not mention the phrase “online” |
|
10- Is there any penalty if a program is not completed within the decided period? |
| Not a penalty, but a continuous registration fee of $50 per month is applicable. |
|
11- Is it possible to legalize a degree from more than one embassy? |
| Yes, and in this case, each extra legalization costs 500$ |
|
12- Is it possible that current students will be in contact with previous students? |
| Yes it is possible only if we get the approval from the pervious students after informing them. |
|
13- When does the student receive his degree/ certificate? |
| A student receives his degree after twenty working days as a maximum period after submitting the reports and finishing all the remaining tuitions. |

14- Is it possible to receive a financial aid from the university? |
| Yes the student will be on the waiting list in case we receive any financial aids from the university |
|
15- When does a student get the grade of each report? |
| The grade of each report is gotten within 15 days of submitting the report. |
|
16- How the grade will be divided? |
| It will be divided as follows: Report: 10% language, 15% words and phrases, 25% scientific methodology, 50% content - Thesis: 10% language, 10% words and phrases, 20% methodology, 50% content |

17- Is there a specific book to start with? |
| A student can start with any book he wants since it is a distance learning study. |
|
18- Is ISIC for free for our students? |
| Yes taking into consideration that the cost of shipping is upon the student. |
|
19- What is the assessment to pass a degree? |
| Assessment is primarily based on the reports done. The report should be written on the same methodology of the book and should be balance between 25% & 30 % from the size of the main book. |

20- What are the necessary requirements for registration? |
The following documents must be provided for registration:
- A copy of passport or ID
- A personal photo
- A copy of certificate in courses done if available

- A copy of bachelor degree, in case a student is registering for a master
- A copy of master degree in case a student is registering for a
PhD |

21- Is it possible to get any guidance regarding reports and thesis? |
Yes it is possible since we have two different programs and the student has to choose the best for him :
• Guided Study: direct academic follow up and guidance by faculty. The doctor will help you by e-mail and by phone. You have the right to ask 30 questions for each course.
• Independent Study: no academic help during study (Self Study)
N.B: The tuitions differ between the two types of study |

22- Does a student have to attend a class? |
| No, there is no need to attend classes or to submit exams. All you have to do is to read, summarize and write each course as a report and then send it to us. |

23- Is it possible to put studies on hold after enrolling? |
| Yes it is possible, keeping in mind that the study period must not exceed 18-24 months from the date of official registration, otherwise the monthly filing fee is applicable.

1-IS there a time limit to complete my degree? |
| Yes. Students enrolled have 18 to 24 months as a maximum period from the date of official registration to complete their degree programs. Any delay in the period of studying, penalties should be paid( 50$ monthly filing fee). |

2-will I receive letter grades for my courses? |
| All course work studied and transferred at IC will appear on the official transcript |
|
3-When will I be officially registered? |
| After paying the first payment the student is considered officially registered; 15 working days later the official University acceptance letter and ID will be sent to our end. |

| .:: Certificate Program: |
1-Can certificate courses transfer to degree programs? |
| Yes. The courses you take may well fit into requirements for one of the degree programs. |
|
2-What will be documented on the official transcript of certificate program? |
| Your official transcripts will have printed all of the courses you completed in the certificate program, the course titles, your grades and semester hours of credits awarded. Your date of graduation will also appear as well as the full title of the college certificate that you are awarded. Students that enroll less than four single courses get no transcript, but the official certificates. |
